FAQs

How soon do cookies ship out?

Our team is committed to getting all orders placed before Friday shipped out on Monday.

How should I store my cookies?

For the longest shelf-life, we recommend storing the sealed cookies in an airtight container in order to freeze them, although the chances are slim that they would last that long! Otherwise, storing them on the counter at room temp will suffice.

Do you have any nut-free options?

While we do offer cookies that do not contain nuts, we currently produce our cookies in a shared commercial kitchen, which heightens the possibility of cross contamination. If your allergy is severe, we'd suggest steering clear until we grow into our own brick and mortar!

Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?

At the moment, we are not able to offer gluten-free or vegan options. While we'd love to serve you, we want to ensure we never compromise on flavor and quality, so we need some time to perfect those recipes.

How long can I keep these cookies around?

Well, it depends on how you store them. If you want to freeze them, it's important that you leave the cookies in their heat sealed bags and place them into an airtight container prior to freezing them. They will last for a month in the freezer this way. However, if you're just storing them at room temp, the max is 2 weeks. This may seem short lived, but we like to use real ingredients and we pride ourselves on not using preservatives.

My box arrived damaged, are the cookies still safe to eat?

Sometimes boxes go through a heck of a lot during the shipping process, the carriers do their best to patch up any boxes that have seen better days in an effort to protect the contents inside. With that said, the cookies should still be safe. If you find that the cookies have been tampered with, please reach out to us at help@divinebitesbakery.com with your order number and maybe even a couple photos and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.

What are your return, exchange and refunds policies?

Our cookies are made fresh to order weekly, in addition to that, we do not include any preservatives in them. Because of these 2 major factors, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

In the event you experience a situation you think we should consider, feel free to reach out to us at help@divinebitesbakery.com with your order number, photos and anything else you think would help us come to a resolve.
